The staff at the hotel were amazing and extremely helpful throughout our stay. They went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of and treated like royalty. The diving trips organized by the hotel were fantastic and offered some of the best diving experiences we have ever had. The instructors were knowledgeable and took us to beautiful dive sites for a great price.
The housekeeping service at the hotel was extremely disappointing. Our room was not cleaned properly and they only came to clean once every two days.

Liked the View and Pool, but Disliked the Service
The location was perfect, just minutes away from the city center, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing the ideal environment to relax after a long day of work.
The service at the hotel was a letdown. Housekeeping was minimal, and my room was not cleaned properly even after requesting it multiple times.
